UX/UI Consultant

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Consultant to join our team and help us create user-centered design solutions that meet our clients' business goals and user needs. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and design intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify pain points and opportunities.
• Develop user personas, user scenarios, and user flows to guide the design process.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect user needs and business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implement design solutions.
• Provide design guidance and recommendations to clients and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and incorporate new tools and techniques into design processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI consultant or a similar role, with a portfolio of successful design projects.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices, including user research, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Balsamiq.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other members of the team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools such as JIRA or ClickUp is a plus.
